What is DHC Utilities?
DHC Utilities is a free Discord bot designed specifically for DHC (Dungeon Hub Currency) trading communities. It provides tools for ticket management, payment verification, analytics, and more. Currently in BETA and available through whitelisting.
Is DHC Utilities free to use?
Yes! DHC Utilities is 100% free and always will be. For custom bots or AutoDHC solutions, check out
ysfutils.com.
How do I get my server whitelisted?
Contact Ysf directly on Discord. Provide your server ID and a brief description of your community. Most requests are processed within 24 hours.
How do I set up the bot after being whitelisted?
Run the
/setup-server command. This will guide you through configuring staff roles, log channels, and other essential settings. Check our
Setup Guide for detailed steps.
How does the ticket system work?
Customers click a button on your ticket panel to create a ticket. They choose a payment method, and the bot creates a private channel. Staff can manage tickets with commands, and transcripts are automatically generated upon closing.
How do I verify a purchase?
Use /verify or !verify to check Roblox purchases. The bot checks the Roblox API and confirms the gamepass/shirt purchase automatically.
What payment methods are supported?
Robux (gamepass/shirts), USD, and Cryptocurrency (LTC, BTC, ETH). Configure available methods with /setup-categories.
How does the wallet system work?
The bot tracks how much DHC each user has purchased. View any user's wallet with /wallet @user. It's all automatic and updates on each verified purchase.
Is my Roblox cookie safe?
Yes. All Roblox cookies are encrypted and stored securely. They are never shared, logged, or used for anything other than verifying purchases. You can remove your cookie at any time.
How do I blacklist a scammer?
Use /blacklist-buyer @user [reason]. Blacklisted users are prevented from creating tickets and making purchases.
What's the difference between DHC Utilities and AutoDHC?
DHC Utilities is a free, public bot available to all whitelisted servers. AutoDHC is a premium, custom solution available at
ysfutils.com with advanced features and dedicated support.
