Getting Whitelisted

Before you can use DHC Utilities, your server needs to be whitelisted. Here's how:

  • Join the official DHC Utilities Discord
  • Contact Ysf with your Server ID
  • Wait for approval (usually within 24 hours)
To find your Server ID, enable Developer Mode in Discord settings, then right-click your server icon and select "Copy Server ID".

Inviting the Bot

Once your server is whitelisted, you can invite the bot:

  • Use the invite link provided by Ysf
  • Grant the bot Administrator permissions for full functionality
  • The bot will join your server and be ready for setup
Administrator permissions are required for features like ticket management, role assignment, and channel creation.

Initial Setup

Run the /setup-server command to configure the essential settings:

  • Staff Role — The role your staff members have
  • Admin Role — The role for server administrators
  • Logs Channel — Channel where bot logs are sent
  • Transcripts Channel — Channel for ticket transcripts
You can re-run /setup-server at any time to update these settings.

Setting Up Prices

Configure your pricing with the /setup-prices command:

  • Robux Price — The price per Robux unit
  • USD Price — The USD equivalent pricing

Prices are displayed on your guild's leaderboard page and in ticket interactions so buyers always know your rates.

Roblox Integration

Set up Roblox features with /setup-roblox:

  • Link your Roblox account/group
  • Configure the cookie for automated verification
  • Enable gamepass-based verification
Security Warning: Your Roblox cookie is sensitive data. DHC Utilities stores it securely and only uses it for verification purposes. Never share your cookie with anyone.

Creating Ticket Panel

The final step — set up the ticket panel with /setup-ticketpanel:

  • Creates an interactive embed in a channel of your choice
  • Users click a button to open a new ticket
  • Tickets are automatically managed with transcripts, claims, and logging
Place the ticket panel in a visible channel like #purchase or #open-ticket so customers can easily find it.
