Information processed
The service may process Discord guild IDs, user IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command activity, ticket statistics, wallet totals, vouches, moderation records and generated ticket transcripts. Server configuration can also include payment instructions and Roblox-related setup values.
How information is used
Information is used to provide configured bot functions, verify purchases, manage tickets, generate transcripts, calculate statistics, display public guild dashboards and troubleshoot service issues.
Public information
Guild names, guild IDs, aggregate DHC totals, buyer counts, vouch counts, leaderboard entries and transcript links may appear on public website pages. Server owners should avoid putting secrets or sensitive personal information in public-facing fields.
Security
Administrator sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. The deployment owner should run the website behind HTTPS, protect the bot token and credentials, retain the generated Flask secret file, and limit file-system access to the service account.
Data retention
Records remain until removed by server administrators, service maintenance or applicable retention procedures. Ticket transcripts are stored as generated HTML files per guild.
